County Dance Conservatory Offering Free Classes This Week
In honor of National Dance Week, the internationally recognized conservatory is offering free classes in Deale.
In honor of National Dance Week, the County Dance Conservatory announced it is offering a free week of trial classes until April 29. The Deale conservatory, led by Managing Director Ken Armstrong and School Director J. Davis Hobdy, is holding free classes for children and adults in ballet, jazz, modern, adult stretch and tap. The classes will be offered during the day and in the evening and no registration is required, Hobdy said. Originally named the South Anne Arundel County Dance Conservatory, its leaders set out to provide quality, professional instruction for all ages, with a specialization in jazz, modern and tap dancing, according to the conservatory's website.
