Patch stopped by South River High School on Jan. 31 and spoke with senior Michael Seaberg, 17, about his swimming career and life at SRHS. Edgewater-Davidsonville Patch: What is your favorite South River swimming memory? Michael Seaberg: I would say either winning states sophomore year or racing Michael Phelps in the 100-meter breast when I was 15. He came to a meet that his original club hosts and he kept returning to swim in it for fun. He beat me by a lot but it was still fun. Edgewater-Davidsonville Patch: How is your season going so far and what are your expectations heading into the postseason? Seaberg: Good. Our regular season has ended and the postseason is beginning.
