Patch stopped by Shady Side Elementary to talk with second-grader Hunter Tippett about school, what he has learned and what he likes to do for fun. Edgewater Patch: What is your favorite thing about school? Hunter Tippett: Learning new things. I like writing and we write a lot in school. We are writing to persuade someone to get a pet now. Edgewater Patch: What is something you learned recently in school? Hunter: We learned cause and effect. We were reading this book and this man was spraying someone with a hose because he was tired of Mary cooking the same thing every day.
