Doctors Express Collecting Food Donations for Needy Families
Buy some non-perishable goods, drop it off at Doctors Express and help a local family this holiday season.
The Doctors Express in Edgewater is sponsoring its First Annual Holiday Food Drive in partnership with Food Link Inc. of Annapolis in hopes of providing food and essentials for needy families throughout the region. Designed to help alleviate hunger in the local communities, the program seeks non-perishable food items for distribution through Food Link’s programs. According to Doctors Express donation coordinators, items most needed include: Any non-perishable food item donation will be collected in the center from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
