Survived by her husband, three daughters, one sister and nine grandchildren. Simpson enjoyed playing slots in Delaware, cheering for the Washington Redskins and spending time with her grandchildren. Rosemary Helen Burris, 90, of Edgewater. Died Saturday. Survived by her three sons, a daughter, nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Burris loved playing golf and spent 20 years working for the Justice Department in Washington, DC.

Survived by his wife of 65 years, Frances, his daughter and two sons. McDonald served as pastor at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Lothian. Carolyn Jean Pappamihiel “Cornee”, 71, of West River and formerly of Edgewater, died Monday. Survived by her son, three step-daughters and her sister.
