No. 1—Suspicious Man Photographed Kids at Play, Parents Say The Davidsonville Athletic Association’s (DAA) Board of Directors emailed local parents last Friday after board members said a suspicious man was seen in a minivan allegedly taking photographs of children playing on playground equipment.
