Pathetic end to such a promising political career. Leopold spent years in government always spouting good government and I really believed that someone who wanted it as bad as he did, would do a good job for the people. He failed himself and he betrayed his oath of office. He abused the people's power and demeaned government employees. It is right that he resign. Lets hope the county council does…   more ›
