Toxicology Report Still Pending from McDevitt Crash
Brian McDevitt lost control of his Acura and struck a BMW with two teenagers inside it on Jan. 28.
Police investigators determined that reckless driving and excessive speed were the primary causes of the crash on Jan. 28 that killed Brian McDevitt, co-founder of the Anne Arundel County Breaking News and Events Facebook Page. McDevitt was killed in a two-car crash on Fort Smallwood Road near Devere Drive after police said he lost control of his Acura, crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a BMW carrying two teenagers. Police said McDevitt was thrown from his car and pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries. If the toxicology report came back negagtive it would be posted on AACBN. It does not matter to me though. Sad to see someone pass for any reason. Before you judge give your self a big long look in the mirror- just saying noone is perfect   more ›
