Support the SnoHawks at Adam's Ribs on Feb. 3

Help the South River Polar Bear Plunge team raise funds for Special Olympics Maryland.

With the Cool School Polar Bear Plunge fast approaching, the South River SnoHawks are upping their fundraising game with an upcoming event at Adam's Ribs in Edgewater.

From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 3, the Adam's Ribs in Edgewater will donate a portion of all food sales to the South River SnoHawks, the school's Polar Bear Plunge team. All moneys raised by the plunge go directly to Special Olympics Maryland.

So far, the team has raised $6,662, which puts them in the lead for fundraising efforts, though still far short of the team's $70,000 goal this year.
