Do you have a bunch of old documents you'd like to get shredded?
County residents can have as many as four boxes of paper destroyed at no cost during the annual "Shred-A-Rama" event at South River High School in May.
The event, now in its seventh year, will take place at four locations in Anne Arundel County and is sponsored by the local Police-Community Relations Council.
The shredding will take place on May 18 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the following locations:
- Arundel High School
- Brooklyn Park Middle School
- Anne Arundel County Police Headquarters (8495 Veterans Highway)
- South River High School
There is no cost for the shredding, but donations are appreciated.
To ensure proper shredding, avoid bringing any items in metal binders or clips. CDs, X-Rays and film will not be accepted.
