Woman Finds Christmas Wish Attached to Balloon in Davidsonville

A Davidsonville woman is now trying to find the author of the wish list in hopes of giving him some of his Christmas gifts, according to The Capital.

A woman found a Christmas wish list tied to a balloon in Davidsonville after she saw what appeared to be a piece of trash floating around her farm, according to The Capital

After going outside and discovering the balloon last week, along with the wish list, Deborah Cook discovered the note belonged to Ricardo Benitez Quevedo. No address was found on the wish list, but Cook decided she wanted to play Santa this year, as she now hopes to find Ricardo and make some of his wishes come true, The Capital reported.

According to the report:

"Ricardo used circles to dot his i’s, requesting big new toys like a Wii U.

But the letter wasn’t just about what Ricardo wanted. The boy told Santa it was going to be a 'graet (sic) Christmas' and that he hoped to see his cousins, whom he hadn’t 'seened (sic) ... in a long time.'"
