Feeks, 28, was assigned to a West Coast-based naval special warfare unit at the time of his death. He, one other SEAL and two other soldiers died when their helicopter crashed while they were chasing insurgents in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
The camp was dedicated on the one year anniversary of Feeks' death.
