Deliciously Nutritious is proud to launch our 7th year of healthy eating and nutrition summer camp programs.  Our weekly classes are designed to expand the minds and palates of campers.  Through the process of cooking and instruction, campers are introduced to the wonderful world of food; the importance of eating healthy, the essentials of a balanced diet, achieving and maintaining optimum weight, with focus on nutrition, portion control, exercise and wellness; promoting and creating a sustainable and healthier lifestyle.
