What Should Replace Vic's Statuary and Gifts?
The building has broken windows and an open entrance to its abandoned basement.
It’s hard to miss this large abandoned building on Solomons Island Road.
I can only tell by its sign that it was once a gift shop or something of the sort. And since I’m new to south county, I’m curious to know two things:
1) What was Vic’s Statuary and Gifts? A general store? A gift shop? A souvenir stand?
2) What would you like to see replace it? A new restaurant? An Apple store?
What do you think should replace Vic’s Statuary and Gifts? Tell me in the comments.

I would like to make or see it a nice restaurant that serves real country cooked meals for a decent price like the old "Country Kitchen" used to be. I sure miss that place. I had thought about this place before I wasted my money by putting the coffee shop/deli in at South River Main Street, now wishing I had done this

Yes! A place like the old "Country Kitchen" great idea. There is no place in the area to get a good sit down home cooked style, reasonably priced breakfast anymore.

Back in the early '60's it was an office building. My Dad, Jim Baker had his insurance business there.
