This weekend The Talent Machine theater company proudly presents The Talent Machine.

A musical comedy featuring favorite Broadway show tunes performed by some of the areas most talented kids.

Many of the kids involved in the Talent Machine Company have gone on to perform at places like Disney, Julliard School of Dance, NYU, and other highly rated Performing Arts programs. Come see them perform hits from The Wiz42nd Street, Annie Get Your Gun, Chorus Line, Grease, Les Miserables and other family favorites.

The comedic plot of The Talent Machine involves a mysterious professor who teaches the kids that success is a little bit of talent mixed with a dash of self-confidence and a whole lot of hard work.

A little warning though, you'll be singing show tunes for days after seeing this great performance!

About 37 youngsters from all over the region, ranging in age from 7 to 14, will perform in the show. One of the stars of the production is Camryn Bowcutt, of Davidsonville, who plays a “quiet, reserved, but ultra-talented kid.”

The company produces three full-length musicals each year in large productions for the general public featuring dozens of local youth, according to The Talent Machine's website.

The production will be performed by a cast of 37 talented children from all over the region, ages 7-14. The show will run this weekend through Sunday and will be held at St. John’s College Key Auditorium in Annapolis.
