On Wednesday evening, friends and family with Shady Side Elementary School can enjoy some frozen yogurt for a worthy cause.

Sweet Frog in Edgewater is hosting a Spirit Night on Wednesday with proceeds benefiting the Shady Side Elementary PTO.

"We call it Spirit Night, but it lasts all day," said Sweet Frog manager Phil Hipsky. "They are actually doing the event in connection with Five Guys—so you can get dinner and dessert, which I thought was a novel approach."

Hipsky said Sweet Frog will donate 20 percent of the check for anyone who says they are with Shady Side PTO.
