A national magazine recently named an Edgewater man to its list honoring remodeling companies for their professionalism and integrity.
The Big50 award recognizes owners of remodeling companies who show exemplary practices, craftsmanship and impact their community.
“We are very honored to receive this distinction,” Agee said in the press release. “We are privileged to be named to this select group of remodelers.”
South River Restoration, an Upper Marlboro company specializing in renovations in home or business disaster relief, made the list for their excellence in teamwork, according to the release. Other categories included business savvy, fine design, industry impact, market wise and several others.
“It’s important that South River work together as a team,” Agee said in the release. “We want each point of contact with our customers to be consistent, ensuring a great South River Restoration experience.”
The process of selecting Big50 award recipients has become more vigorous over the years, with the 2012 list being one of the strongest ever, according to the release.
“[The recipients] stood up to detailed examinations of their businesses and their books, and they all demonstrated an admirably deft ability to restructure, retrench and flat-out hustle to remain viable in a challenging economic climate,” according to the article in Remodeling Magazine.
