National Trivia Day: Do You Know Edgewater and Davidsonville?
It's National Trivia Day, so we're taking some time to quiz residents on their knowledge of the community.
Everyone loves a pop quiz right?
Before you run away in horror, it's important to know that Friday is National Trivia Day. This makes it a great day to test your knowledge of the area.
Here are 10 questions. Some of them may be easy. Others may require a little bit of research here on Edgewater-Davidsonville Patch or elsewhere.
I have some Patch gear you can grab from me sometime next week if you can be the first person to correctly answer all 10 questions. If no one can pull it off, I'll reward the gifts to the reader with the most correct answers.

2: Pixar's "Mater" lookalike sits outside Miller’s Garage on Central Avenue
3: The current AA Co. Councilman for Dist 7 is Jerry Walker of Gambrills.
4: There are 2 "hot dog guys" in the Edgewater area, Darrel the Original Edgewater Hotdog Man and Fisher the Famous Hotdog Man.
5: NASCAR, Xgames, Supercross, motocross and movie star(Nitro Circus), sports driver Travis Pastrana, owns a home Davidsonville.
6: Kahve Café and Catering has an official prop from NBC's 30 Rock inside, but I don't know what the prop is.
7: A "tiger" was "loose" inside South River high school last year.
8: In 2012, Jonathan Moynihan found a colony of feral cats living by Yellowfin and Oak Grove Marina.
9: Pomodoro's and then Nonno's Italian Grill went under in the same building before Bill Bateman's Bistro did the same. If Edgewater follows it's pattern, the final successful business in that spot will be a funeral home.
10: Mohan Grover of Renno'w Market is the unofficial mayor of Shady Side.
