South River Ice Hockey defeated Arundel 5-2 Friday night. Carrying a 3-0 lead into the third period South River suffered a letdown giving up two goals in the first two minutes of the period. However, South River responded with two third period goals of their own from Nico Loschiavo and Colin Ferrigno. Ferrigno netted two goals in the game and the other goals were scored by Michael Fohs and Ryan Kandare. Joseph McElhenney recorded the win, shutting out Arundel for forty three minutes.
